Your name must appear on both cards. For purchases by phone you will be required to send a purchase confirmation from your work email address and pay with your debit/credit card.

In particular, please don't show a business card from an organisation that doesn't appear on the list and claim it is a related entity. Talk to us first to see if we can put the organisation on the list.
